If the hood remote control does not work, refer to the suggestions below for step by step instructions.
Batteries are incorrectly inserted.
- Replace the batteries in the remote control, if necessary.
- Make sure the batteries are inserted properly, the button-shaped side is the “-” terminal and the flat side is the “+” terminal.
Reset the hood as described in the manual. The control unit will then register the hood again.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact an Authorized Service Center.

When contacting us, please have the following information to hand. You will find this information on the manufacturer’s data plate:
- Model number
- Product number (PNC)
- ELC number
- Serial number

Make a note of the reported error code and quote it when you request an engineer. This will not solve your problem, but it will help our engineer identify the cause of the problem.
