If the washing machine displays error message E80 or emits 8 flashes, the cycle selector was set incorrectly or the washing machine possibly started with the cycle selector set halfway between two wash cycles.
- Try turning the cycle selector off.
- Start the cycle from the beginning.
(When reading the error code, there will be an E82-E83 error saved in the electronics.)
If the above still does not resolve the problem, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.

When contacting us, please have the following information to hand. You will find this information on the manufacturer’s data plate:
- Model number
- Product number (PNC)
- ELC number
- Serial number

Make a note of the reported error code and quote it when you request an engineer. This will not solve your problem, but it will help our engineer identify the cause of the problem.
